I dont care what you people have to say about the Opening Ceremony im gonna say its because YOURE NOT IN IT and thats just too too sad huh? :)


Up at eight and iman was bathing. Got ready and out at ard eight forty five. Reached school, changed, Bus One Bus Two. Four juniors were late, hell panicked, but they arrived just in time before the buses left. Melvin took our bus (Y) ;) Heh heh, super duper hyper in bus, sat terbalik then Adillah also follow =.= HAHAHA it was fun. Reached, walked in the tunnel thingyand que-ed up to be checked (like in the airport haha) and Zilah remembered she had scissors. So we asked her to ask Hilmi, the army dude.

Zilah: HILMI! I GOT SCISSORS LEI, HOW?! LATER NO SHARP THINGS LAH WHAT LAH!.
Hilmi: Ah? Nevermind lah if cannot you ask them eat haha.


AHAHAHA and we laughed like mad. We got thru easily anyway. :) Went to the holding room put our bags down to training for awhile. Went super well. Shared reflecting pool with some other school so it was weirdly cramming ahaha! After traning, we had to wait for some stuff, so we sat at the dry part of the black carpet. Well, we were constantly asked to stand up tho. "Stand up stand up dont sit" "Cher, we fasting lei~" "Stand, its dirtyyy!" *Stands, walk to another side, sits* AHAHA.So we lined up to leave and i saw Hilmi's camera, so i asked what model it was. So we were walking, we were somewhere up front and then there was a gap between our school and ChungCheng. And then the juniors in front of us started to run and we were like "Ehh dont run!!! Chill, walk slower walk slower!!" Then Hilmi told us something about running the furthest or something and almost immediately Amirah went "HAHAHA YAA I AGREE!!" And i was like "Huh? *seven seconds* OH YA YA CORRECT!!" and i got a "EH YOU SLOW LA YOU!" from Amirah. AHAHAHA.



Adillah: This one your camera uh?
Hilmi: Yah.
Lin: HAHAHA MY CAMERA NICER THAN YOURS!
Hilmi: Haha its quite old already, one year plus. Whats the point of having a nice camera but not nice photos? Lin: AIYAH BUT AT LEAST ITS SEXIER THAN YOURS UH HAHAH
Hilmi: *laughs* K whatever!
Lin: I dont know i dont know!!
Hilmi: And why is it sexier?!"
Lin: "Errr.."

Joey(i think?): Hilmi, you fasting?!
Hilmi: Yes im fasting :)
Zilah: EH IRRITATING YOU KNOW I FEEL LIKE PUTTING A SIGN HERE (forehead) SAYING I AM FASTING"


ALL OF US LAUGHED LIKE HELL HAHAHAHA SUPER FFUNNY FCUTE!.

So we sat around while waiting and Hilmi comes with a bag of costume.


Hilmi: Eh you guys hungry right?
Lin: Yahh.
Hilmi: Nah i let you smell this then not hungry anymore. Damn smelly.


HAHAHA disgusting. So changed to costume after going to the toilet, started with makeup and helped juniors etc :) Waited around like bzz. Adillah, Amirah and i slept. Then theres a number of times where all three of us will sit up suddenly and go "urghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh so uncomfortable!!!" Couldnt find comfortable position to sleep lolz! At one point i sort of just woke up and then Melvin came with a box of batteries.

Melvin: Have you got your batteries for your costume?
Lin: Uhhhh no...? (face and voice like seriously lemau)
Melvin: Kay nah.
Lin: Must uh.....?
Melvin: *gives a face* yeah.
Lin: Eh then the screwdriver thing how?
Melvin: Oh i dont know some of them no need.
Lin: Oh ok. Then the head also must?
Melvin: How many for the head?
Lin: Three.....
Melvin: So altogether how many?
Lin: Six....?
Melvin: So you want?
Lin: Must right..?! :/
Melvin: Ahahah okay okay.

When i was doing Shafiqah's eyes or something, omeone talked to Melvin in an indian accent and he talked back in the accent and i couldnt stop laughing. He ask Zilah how many batteries she needed then she ask him back. Give Adillah four batteries then Adillah like huh take out one? HAHAHA. Laugh non stop crazy. I know you guys dont get it i didnt either, i guess thats why it was funny ahahaha!
I was wearing double tights, black and white, and it was a pretty huge problem =.=

Then it was almost time for break fast and Hilmi came with the food. "Dah?" "Belum." "Belum?" "K dah." "Dah?" "Dah!." HAHAHA. Ate and got ready. Had glitter on ma eyes! I had smelly gloves cuz i didnt jemur them. Then we got ice creams. Wanted to walk and eat but whatever finished before we even walked lol. So when we were already walking i walked with Zilah :) It was fun, talked and laughed and all.

SOON ENOUGH, we already reached the side of the whole place. The first thing we saw was fireworks. Checked lights and stuffs, and practiced for awhile more. Then National Anthem played and more fireworks!!! Everywhere!! Perdyy stuff!! ;) Yeah hyper at I Need A Hero!! (Y) & soon enough we were at the floating bridge thingy. I learned how to control myself btw!! Could contain myself and avoid myself from freaking out too much teehee. (Y)


Ran in the waters to the stairs. I hear the sounds of the raindrops and the guys make their way to their position. I hear for the second SRHZZZZINGGGGGGGGGGGG! and then i run out. Run up to formation one, MH115. Cant be seen but.. :) Smiled. Haha looked at Adillah at the part we promised to look at each other. Both of us laughed like AHAHAHA. I tried to smile all the way without it looking fake. Tiring know! HAHAHA, liuxing went mkay. I saw the camera over our heads and was like ooooh! HAHAH. I reached the circle late as usual :( But faster this time. I promised to make it in time, i broke it. :( Sighh, but its alright i guess, at least i didnt bump into JinLing so bad. Thank you so much for changing your route to your marking so that we wont bump into each other, much respect and luv! :) First thing i did when i reached was to look at Keshini and laugh haha.

The wave part, i counted a little and followed the person in front of me :) The turn and opening of the leaves and switch on the lights, i made it in time, yessah!. (Y) Running back, a little gabra cuz must paste back (which i didnt eventually as always) and tie the liuxing around my neck. When we reached the pool, i got messed up a little at the formation, ran too far back hehe. But did gr8 :)

Zilah dropped her headbud HAHAHAHAH SO FREAKING CUTE SIA it was like floating HAHAHA!. Jia En turned and water was splashing to my face. Ending, there was "rain" and i didnt get hit by it :( I was like looking at like ooooooooooooohwoooooooooooow come this waaaaaaaay!! But it didnt lol :(
Waited for Adillah & Amirah and we ran to exit. HAHA went all the way to the front.

It was the best feeling EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR i tell you EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

Hehe elaborate on that l8r.

So yeah started walking back too fast :(
Kept on being asked to stop for other people to walk then we had to run. Aiyah. HAHA. Then when we were walking and Hilmi came up and Zilah told him about the headbud drop and he laughed wtheck HAHAHA!.

So walked back FASTZ, kept mixing up my headbud with Amirah's headbud lolz! Waved to the athletes and they waved back. They are like whoa. Reached Holding Room and snapped pictures like crazy!! Mdm Su's camera was just awesome yes! So we just snapped pictures like crazy and then i got the chance to ask Melvin about his Septum!! He didnt have it anymore tho, i wanted to see it pretty badly but. Hahaha. So i got a bottle of DASANI, prolly my last bottle. :( Got some biscuits and stuff.

Started to walk to bus.. :( Hyper as hell hahaha. In the bus we cheered and thanked Hilmi :) It was funny lah!

Bustwonians: THANK YOU HILMI~!. HIP HIP, HOORAY! HIP HIP, HOORAY! HIP HIIIIIIIIIIIIIP, HOORAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!.

Lin: SERGEANT!. GIVE SPEECH!.
Amirah: What did you call him?
Lin: Err, Sergeant? He Seargant right?
Amirah: Err dont know eh.
Lin: I also dont know HAHAHAH.
Hilmi: OKAY OKAY LISTEN!. LATER RIGHT, WHEN YA'LL LEAVE THE BUS, TAKE ALL YOUR RUBBISH WITH YOU. DONT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND.

Texted Mum to ask Dad to come and take me but as i was walking i saw mat and bangla at my void deck. Then walk somemore saw another mat at bridge. In the end, it was Aidie. HAHAHA. Happy to see him.

Reached home, Dzuls were there. Ajul went ANAAAAAAAAAAA!. Afi looked at me in shock.

Lin: Ajul are you scared of me? (walks towards him)
Ajul: NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! (steps back as i walk towards him)
Lin: Afi are you scared of me? (looks at Afi)
Afi: *stares at me in silence, rubbing right eye like as if gna cry*
Lin: Awww, gimme a hug?
Afi: *still rubbing eye and stare in silence*



CUTE SIA HAHAHA. Ajul followed me wherever i go, even when unpacking and washing away my make up.

Ajul: Ana, so cool you know the people they got lightsaber! Then they fight the monster then he die. Eh no! He never die! He win...
Ajul: Ana, so nice you know the lightsaber! Ana, why the lightsaber can change color one uh....?
Lin: huh? uhh *thinks of something* ohh cuz if never change color then not powerful what, so must change color luhh :)
Ajul: Ohhhh. *face impressed* So cool they fight like *does actions*

HAHAHA SO FAMAZINGLY CUTE LAAAAAAAAAAAA!.

Mkay i shall move on already eh haha.

Ahh you guys can NEVER EVER feel what it was like man, seriously i swear. Repping MF & Singapore was sucha shot. As much i needed a hero at that time, well, i did it!! AHAHA. Somehow its always different everytime. I cant compare it to AYG or NDP '09. It just felt so different. From how i learned to work alone, how i learned to help others, how i learned to help myself, how i learned to endure, how i learned to make the best of what i have, the people im with, and treasure the people around me. Its all different, and new every single time. And i love it. I love how fresh and new it feels, although its the same old.. Yeah its the same stage i performed on last year but its a whole new thang, yknow? No words can ever describe it. Since Feb/March, it all started in school, and then at NanHua, and then Mandai Hill Camp where we dreaded cuz the place was just HUGE and it was sucha tire to run here and there, and we were constantly getting screamed at "RUN DONT WALK!!!!" and "DANCERS ENOUGH OF TALKING EVERYONE KEEP QUIET!!!" and "MAYFLOWER GATHER!!!!!!!!!!!" and "EVERYBODY EAT!!" and "THANK YOU TEACHERS/EVERYONE GOODBYE TEACHERS/EVERYONE!!!" , and lastly the Marina Floating Platform. Its like every training spot is an obstacle for us to pass to reach the real place, to do the real thing. It felt darn good i tell you. I can remember standing by at the stairs waiting for the SHZRING to run out and running out and adjusting my liuxing and smiling to Adillah at a certain step and running to formation late and the wave and the opening of the shirts and the stuffing of the liuxing in my top and tying it around neck and..many more. I love it. I love how it feels. I love how it feels when my body aches after such an intensive training. I love how it felt to board the bus back and all. I love how it feels to open the lunch/dinner box and eating what tastes like lemon or nothing. I love how it feels to grab swiss rolls and square tarts and raisins. I love how it feels to get a scolding. I love how it feels to look at ourselves in awe. I love how it feels to cheer for everyone when they day ends. I love how it feels to perform. I love how it feels. Do you?

I dont freaking give a heck if ya'll think the show was bad or boring or below expectations, well, try doing it yourself! Heh. The however was spent for the whole event wasnt just for the Opening Ceremony, it was for the whole two weeks or so, including f&b and places to stay and transport and everything else. Yeah, and for those who complained about the food you got, well imma just say that in my point of view, i didnt go there to enjoy the food. Its supposed to give you energy to work your body out, be happy with what youre given!. Although im pretty much jealous with what the athletes got.... :( Its sad but i can handle it! :) I still believe that no matter where you go, or what you do, there will always be haters. Although its a shame to see our own Singaporeans to comment such shitty comments about their own country.. Its just a shame. If you think the Opening Ceremony was below expectations and humiliating, think about your own actions and what you said or posted all over the damn net. Is that not humiliating to ya'll? & yes i agree to some of those who said that we cant be compared to the opening of the Olympics in Beijing. Well, we are such a small city and obviously the stage cannot hold up to the thousands of people. Plus, Beijing had four or something years to prepare, and we only had two. I think it was a good effort for us all already you know. & stop hating on JJ Lin guys, cmon! Fine, i just found out he wrote the cheer by himself, but cmon, its for youths what do you expect?! At least its catchy in a..way...or two. Well anyway, be proud of Singapore man. If youre not then just do your own thang and dont give a heck. Like me ;)

Oh and i am glad that they used NS Men to help out in the event. :) Not cuz of anything or anything but, i think they did a pretty good job in the event. They were there to help and everything they had to do. So yeah. They did a fawesomely famazing job. (Y) :)

Im just glad that everyone ends up putting a smile on each other's faces. Im just glad that we enjoyed everything together, just glad that in the end, we found it worthwhile. Glad that we loved it so much, we want a replay.

I slept late on Saturday, and woke up Sunday just in time to watch the replay. I kept crying. I love ya'll so freakin much. Im so gna miss the advantages to wake up later and reaching school at 955am and staying back till late and reaching home late and hypering and everything..

YOG has been gr8 to me, and to ya'll too, im sure. Really hope for something like this once again, though not likely. :) Gotta move on before it catches up with us yeah guys.

& almost surprisingly, i got snapped a few times. Haha, heres what i have now. Will share the rest with you when i get them. :)

Gotta be proud of everything you do. Treasure the times, even the times when you whine as hell and give someone a cold stare for pushing you too hard, or complain that it hurts, cuz youll enjoy it eventually.
